- AAAJP246 days ago1.0After I paid, I went to fill up my cup and the ice was littered with black disgusting specs. I brought it to the manager‘s attention and told her I wanted a refund for my drink. She handled it very rudely and said that they were yeast specs. It’s not my fault your store is disgusting lady, don’t be rude to me. As if that weren’t enough, the gentleman that was helping me said “no” when I said I wanted flatbread as a joke. Subpar and rude service isn’t funny.

The bread was hard and stale, the sandwich was put together very poorly with the meat and cheese hanging out. I like subway sandwiches but this one was not a good one. I couldn't bring it back because I took it with me on the road. No more $5 foot long now it's an $11 foot long.

Since when??? No jalapenos or banana peppers on the tuna salad..... Triple checked my order placed through the app.And it was all entered correctly but not made even close to $60 worth of food.....very upsetting and disappointing....
