    It was late evening, short help, very courteous. I waited less then 1 min. from the time I walked in the door before they came to take my order.

    How in the hell is Arby's out of roast beef? Twice this happened. 20 minute wait in drive thru? For chicken and fries.

    While in the drive-through at 9 o’clock at night, they’re busy time of night. I was asked to pull around back and wait because the potato cakes would take time. I said well if somebody pulls behind me and take an order I will pull around back until then, I’ll sit here. They started claiming that their manager won’t let them do that and I said well so they threw my money back in my face in my vehicle and told me to get the hell out of there way to go Arby’s. I ain’t thinking Arby’s anymore may never go there again.
