  While in the drive-through at 9 o’clock at night, they’re busy time of night. I was asked to pull around back and wait because the potato cakes would take time. I said well if somebody pulls behind me and take an order I will pull around back until then, I’ll sit here. They started claiming that their manager won’t let them do that and I said well so they threw my money back in my face in my vehicle and told me to get the hell out of there way to go Arby’s. I ain’t thinking Arby’s anymore may never go there again.

  I stopped here while working and have a few diet restrictions. They no longer have large wraps and the manager accommodated me with a smaller wrap and was very kind and polite about it. You don't see this often and she deserves credit for this!

  We went through the drive thru at about 8 at night in a hurry to get home. The food was warm and tasty, but they'd gotten the order wrong. Mistakes happen, but we were disappointed.

  Passing through this area and the food was great! Lady at the counter who took our order was fantastic! Very kind and patient with us while we made the order. Building was super clean and tidy too!
