- SKSusan KastNov 6, 20251.0I ordered a dozen donut’s and the girl waiting in us was so high on something she almost fell twice, couldn’t get the donuts out of the case, we had to tell her 4-5 times which ones we wanted and she still couldn’t get it right. She was stuffing donuts in a small bag and i asked if i could have them in s box so they weren’t smashed having done Boston cremes and she put them all in a small donut hole box leaving the box open. When she almost fell the second time i asked if she was okay and she tried to say “I’m new” but could hardly even talk. At one point she stopped trying to get the donuts and went to her phone. I asked if she had a call she needed to take and she said no just friends. I truly felt bad for the girl working with her who was running everything including the drive through and filling drink orders by herself. I spoke with the manager that Lloyds has a number for and the response was “ I’ll look into it but I’m not in the area”. This girl needed to be taken in for treatment and definitely shouldn’t be serving public. Reported and nothing done.
