- APAli Piazza5 days ago2.0I’ve gone here multiple times now and I’m always so disappointed and unimpressed. My fiancé and I once waited 10 full minutes for a single donut cause they forgot about us? I’ve also ordered a 5ct of chocolate glazed munchkins and got 4 regular glazed ones. All of my coffee have been mostly ice and it’s gone in minutes. Fortunately, they haven’t messed up a coffee order thank gosh. Customer service is just not there and everyone looks grumpy all the time. I know not every day is perfect but workers have to remember to at least smile and say “have a good day”
