  THE worst customer service of any McDonald's. I'll be calling McDonald's to report both the manager and the franchise. First they complain they are understaffed so can't take an order, then force you to use the mobile app to take the order. Then refused to actually give me my order that was paid for. TERRIBLE! DO NOT GO HERE! LISTEN TO THE OTHER REVIEWS. I should have.

  I ordered at 1:59pm through the App and by 2:35pm was still waiting. I had to get back in line because I could see a bag with my order number just sitting there. I was given the bag but (the lady at the register was trying to help so that's why it's a 2 star there) had to wait another 10 mins to get the Mcflurries. After all that waiting the food was cold and yucky. What a huge waste of time and money!!! I did the corporate survey but was not refunded or offered any solution to fix this.

  The worst McDonald’s McCaffrey coffee beverages ever I’ve ever had I mean, I’ve tried the expensive stuff and the cheap stuff at very smooth McDonald’s generally the cheap stuff you get what you paid for an expensive stuff is like pretty good compared to the cheap stuff so it’s satiating compared to like going to Starbucks or something, but this I got an expensive drink here multiple times because it’s on my way to work and every time I have been so extremely disappointed you can’t trust their coffee you just can’t. I’ve had to throw away the drinks every time and it’s not like it’s that much cheaper than, Dunkins or Starbucks not to mention that I would never order food if I wasn’t actually going for coffee so I got food there to get coffee and then ended up unable to drink the coffee times. Don’t order drinks here. They don’t know how to make the upscale coffees

  Customer service skills suck mostly at night 2nd shift hours, food cold or preheated. Take orders if they feel like it , oh we only taking mobile orders even though drive thru open smh. If its only mobile orders why they go thru drive thru it's 8 but I can't order in the drive thru. Well my opinion they need to get it in order inside of this establishment and fast

  I asked if they can add Big Mac sauce on the new arc burger and they told me no they can’t do that! So then I go well give me a Mc double and add Big Mac sauce to that then! She is old me $3.95 pull around? ?? lol Whatever thanks for saving me five dollars !
