  Avoid this location at all costs. I ordered food for my family on the app. I arrived on time to pick up order. Decided I would go inside to pick it up, as the drive thru line was very long and slow moving. Once inside I was told my food was still being prepared, so I waited. About ten minutes later I checked on my order again. I was told it had been ready, but then I was told I couldn't pick up my order inside and had to go to the drive thru. Had they told me that when I went inside originally, I would have been through the line and had my food. The manager, Angel, was very rude and dismissive. I reluctantly left to wait in the drive thru. Nearly 15 minutes later, I got my food. It was cold after sitting so long. The fries were raw, literally. My shakes were melted and underfilled. The policy of this location to not just give me my food when I had been waiting inside so long is ridiculous and caused me to not be able to eat my dinner. The rudeness of the staff and inability to put out a edible product is insane. Whoever the general manager is, I was told her name is Robin, ignored the complaint I sent to corporate and did nothing to recify the situation. It feels like they stole from me as I was not given the product I paid for. It is sad that people care so little about their job and their customers.

  Every night they stop taking orders 2 to hours before closing and they say it's because they are only taking mobile orders
