  The Miller Parkway location is the one that delivers to my work address. They are horrible. Submitted an order at 11:35a today and it came an hour and 15 minutes later. That's pretty average for this location. There's a 50/50 chance that the order will be wrong also. I placed a catering order a while back for a work meeting. The first time they came, they only brought sandwiches. They left the salads, chips and cookies at the store. They went back to get them and only brought the salads and cookies. They had to go back again to get the chips. This was so frustrating and made a mess of my lunch meeting. I complained and was told they were sorry and would address it. No partial refund or credit, nothing. Today was the last straw and I won't order from here again. When it happens with every order, it's not a mistake or accident, it's just the way they do business.

  Ordered online and when I got to the drive up window , the young man who said he was a manager tells me I Ordered for delivery. I told him Then why would I bee here. He continued to argue that I Ordered delivery, I asked for the manager and he says I am the manager. He sent someone else to refund the delivery charge and fix the order. A Manager should never argue with a customer ever !
