Not giving utensils and they are very busy, but they are not working well under pressure . I went through the drive-through asked for Hashbrowns with no bacon and they literally only gave me hashbrowns with absolutely no cheese no anything

Pay for my order once I receive my order I noticed that the hot chocolate had minus whipped cream and caramel drizzle on top. I explained to the young lady that I asked for that at the beginning of the order. She didn’t explain to me that is a 50 Cent charge. I explained to her that is not a problem. Went to work started drinking my hot chocolate clumps of chocolate All through my hot chocolate. Will not be going back to that location. The young lady was very rude explaining that it was a 50 Cent extra charge for the whipped cream and caramel drizzle.
