  Waited in the drive thru for ten minutes just to get to the speaker with two cars ahead of me. Car ahead of me pulled away and two minutes later no employee takes my order so I left. I saw through the windows the employees just standing and talking around. I didn’t want to believe everyone that this Taco Bell had gone down hill but it is horrible now. Will not ever return unless management changes. all I wanted was a chicken quesadilla, will have to live without it

  I ordered online and by my own mistake I ordered from the incorrect location. I tried to cancel online and it wouldn't let me. I called and asked the employee to cancel he wasnt sure so he gave me to the manager. I IMMEDIATELY called after my order so less then two minutes. The manger came on the phone and said Hi your order is already ready. I said how is that even possible?! She would not cancel the order and didnt even acknowledge my inquiry to cancel.. I know it was my mistake but I didnt think it would be such a big deal to cancel an order.. I had a 30 minute drive to that location. I walked in no one said a word, no greeting nothing, and it was freezing inside. I mean its taco bell I wasn't expecting five star service, but just be aware before you order and honestly avoid this location. Also the nacho chips tasted like cardboard.

  Show up here 1:30pm on a Saturday, place is a ghost town parking lot wise, 4 cars waiting at the menu we waited 30 minutes! And we all drove off upset we didn’t get our Taco Bell! No excuse poor service.
