Shame on general manager for shitty training and keep ling crappy staff

They then asked for my name and proceeded to tell me they ran out of chicken and rice. When I asked for a refund, the employee said she would send it back through to my card later when she was finished helping the other customers and to wait a few days for it to process. Never gave me confirmation or anything. Well it’s been 5 days and I never got a refund. I called and asked to speak with a manager today. The woman said “yea? What do u want” i told her about the situation and her response was “i dont know anything about that, let me go talk to them” then she hung up on me. Never asked for my name or number.
