  Never eat here before. Thought we would try it . Was good food subs were not like all the others.

  Me and my friend came through the drive through, the lady was super rude. We were trying to order and she cut me off and said "can u pull up to the second stop sign" and i didnt understand what she meant so i proceeded through the drive through and the lady at the window said "were u trying to order a pick 2" i said yes and i proceeded to order and she told me my total, and as i was counting my cash shes genuinely huffing anf puffing like intentionally doing it so i heard her. I misheard the total and handed her 35$. I said " thats 35" incase it wasnt correct. and she proceeded to count it and says "u gave me 35". Well its almost like i said that??? I handed her 2 more dollars and shes tapping on the counter impatiently and she tells me to pull up to a parking spot. im now sitting here waiting for my food. I wouldve understood if they were busy and running around or if i was rude to her bc ik whoevers reading this is already assuming i was rude, but im not someone to be rude to a fast food worker, but it was me and 2 people infront of me so im not sure ive been waiting for my food for awhile now. Update- Another older lady came to bring us our food and was very nice, she gave us cookies for the wait. Im very appreciative of her, but the first lady needs some improvement.

  There are at least 6 people in back for food and still taking way longer than it should. 5 doordash people are waiting for orders.

  For the SECOND time, I received an incorrect order from this Panera Bread. The first time was months ago, they credited me for the entire meal, since I am allergic to what they gave me. The second time was early last week. I ordered a salad with chicken, and when I got home there was NO chicken on it (no feta cheese, either, and supposedly it comes with that). I called. They wanted me to come back to the restaurant. The employee i spoke to said he would speak to the manager to issue credit, a gift card, or something. I received nothing so far. It's their loss. It is the last time I will do business here. Too bad West Bend doesnt have another Panera, because I like their food.
