We waited well over 10 minutes and it's as if she completely forgot (there was no one else in there). We ended up going to get it and she gave us only one, when our friends were waiting for queso too. On top of that, she didn't give us our drinks and wasn't even apologetic. This location consistently has terrible service and dirty tables. Also, the queso is now watered down and just not good.

The queso never tastes right, and the amount of chips that come with the nachos/bowls is obsurd How do you gather giving me more chips for queso than a whole three cheese nacho meal. This has been an issue for a few years now, they’ve slowly started filling the bags less and less, and now they have quarter size bags compared to the normal ones, that are barely filled, and mostly crumbs. We’re talking kids lunchable size bags for a whole nacho. I’ve deemed this as a location issue as menomonee falls, brookfield and Oconomowoc stores are on point

I had called in asking him questions and he understood me right away, was patient with me and even had me laughing, giving me a ton of relief in my worries.
