  25 min in the drive thru! I even did the stupid app. The last 3 times I’ve tried to get food here it takes forever. No apologies no kindness, just bad attitudes.

  Worst double cheeseburgers compared to ANY other location, ever. Small, dry and next to inedible. Sometimes get ripped off with mcdoubles served to me instead. Do better. Will stop going here.

  Did a DoorDash delivery and DID NOT RECEIVE THE CORRECT ORDER. Was missing fries with two meals, ordered a kids meal with nuggets but got a cheeseburger and no extra fries which I paid for. Got the buffalo chicken deluxe and bread was stale as hell like not even edible. Nuggets not fresh and sloppy burgers. Unacceptable behavior. Nothing was right and paid quite a bit for order. Took forever to process order as well. Just unacceptable as I also have worked in fast food as well. Don’t mess with peoples food please and insure everything is correct.

  From a doordash delivery perspective this is the worst Mc Donald's in Washington county. Worse then Kewaskum. Food always marked ready and now serving. then 15 to 30 min later the food makes it to the delivery shelf. the only on time orders are from other drivers unnasigning due to long wait times. Would not recomend ordering from this location. Unprofessional, and a waste of my time.

  Really didn't want to talk negative about a fast food place but this place just gets worse and worse. Went this afternoon around 1pm wanting just 1 apple pie. When I came inside someone told me it will be a few minutes for a pie . Totally fine . Looked like there were a bunch of old pies sitting on the heater on the side. Figured they were waiting on making new ones. The manager kept asking them how long on the pies and I don't know what the answer was. After 20+ minutes of waiting for 1 apple pie the worker from the beginning grabbed one of the pies that was sitting on the side the whole time , took off the time sticker and then gave it to me. I couldn't wait there any longer so I just left. Was hoping that going again later tonight to get 1 small fry it would go better but again another 15 minute wait for 1 small fry. It wasn't even busy in there or at the drive thru. The fries were cold and insanely salty as well. I have worked at McDonalds and there is no way I would treat my customers like this McDonalds treats theirs. Please do better. Please be better.
