- KGKristi G.Nov 25, 20255.0We had a wonderful dinner at the West Bend Chipotle this evening! We were warmly greeted by General Manager Tammie who was an absolute delight to interact with. When we walked in, we commented on how wonderful it smelled! Tammie took our orders in an outgoing, friendly, kind and patient manner. When we were part way through our meal Tammie inquired as to how my husband’s carne asada was; making sure the meat was cooked to his liking, which it was. He raved about how tender the meat was, stating that it was the best carne asada he had tasted at any restaurant. We commented on how clean the food area and restaurant was. I have been in leadership roles in my career and the way in which Tammie interacted with her staff was impressive! Tammie wished us well as we left. In today’s world, it is not everyday that you encounter a manager that goes above and beyond like Tammie did; so upbeat, outgoing, friendly, and professional in making customers feel welcome and creating a desire to return. Tammie is a definite gem and a true example of what a leader should be! We’ll be back for the delicious food, clean environment, excellent service and to see Tammie!
