  West bend, Wi location needs new management. Ordered my food @6:54pm. Driver arrived at 7:15pm to pick up order. Order was finally given to driver at 8:06pm but only after I called the store and asked about the order. I was given the same BS answer that is given every time to every customer "oh it's taking longer in the kitchen, but it should be ready soon". I asked to speak with a manager and was placed on hold for 10 minutes, nobody answered. My food arrived at 8:13pm all of the food was ICE COLD and was missing items from my order. The delivery driver was fantastic (but that has nothing to do with this resturaunt). Last month I placed an order online and went to pick it up myself after being notified that it was ready for pickup and waited for 30 minutes for them to figure out where my order was as it was not on the ONLINE ORDER/PICKUP shelf where there were other orders. Once they figured out where my $90 order was they came from behind the register area with my bags of food and the tamper seals were broken on it. Food containers were opened inside the bags. When I asked for a manager he said "I can give you a $15 gift card" this is a joke. And my order was yet again ICE COLD. I've had other bad experiences at this location as well. Other locations have much better quality of service.

  Eating these sad cold half sauced wings as I type this review, I have always loved BWW my whole life growing up, never had a bad experience eating in or ordering out…well not tonight, I placed two orders, one for a 10pc boneless and one for a 15pc boneless. Living ten mins away you would assume the wings would still be even slightly warm after opening the pack. On top of that like I said the wings were LIGHTLY sauced, NOT TOSSED. It literally looks like they took a squeeze bottle of the sauce and just threw it on top of each flavor of wings, half of a single wing is bone dry and the other half is drenched in sauce, I will never be returning to this location and will recommend anyone new to go to another location. Thank you!

  Doordashing for this place is a nightmare. Orders are slow, staff isn’t usually very friendly either.

  It's BWW, the over priced Chicky Nuggies are my favorite. Service was slow at the ToGo table, seems like they were under staffed. But if you get the craving....no other Chicky Nuggies will do

  Very chill experience! The staff was friendly and efficient, and the food was delicious. And the atmosphere puts you at ease! Will definitely be back!
