  So lemme get this straight. You are going to charge a customer for ordering a drink "no ice". Understand, this business decision costs your employees. I now do not tip here to pay for said charge.. Good job! I also explain this to them..

  My favorite coffee place around, the line always moves quick, the staff are always so nice and if you’re unsure what drink you’d like they always have good suggestions. Highly recommend 7 brew!!

  I’ve always loved stopping by, especially when I’m back in town from college, and have usually only had positive experiences with my drinks and the workers. However, this current break from school I’ve been there almost everyday and this one guy with died hair green hair and acrylic nails has been so rude and short with me, my brothers, father, and mother whenever one of us are driving through. When I ask for my drinks to be sugar free he doesn’t actually make the change to sugar free syrups/the energy drink base. Any modifications you ask for he will roll his eyes at and huff about. He’s making me not even to go there anymore and change back to being a Dunn bros girl. I get having an off day here and there, I mean everyone has them, but his attitude is a habit and he’s clearly not built for this role.

  Took me 15 min to get my coffee. Meanwhile they were absolutely blaring music. Staff was yelling at each other to communicate. Wonder why the orders were completely mixed up.
