I went through this drive through on 11/22/2025 around 11:20pm.
This was by far the worst experience I’ve had at taco bell, probably ever. it was BAD.. They were right off the bat being extremely rude and mocking me when I said I needed a minute. They were being extremely condescending towards me while I was giving my order. Then I asked for hot sauce and fire sauce at the window and he said “I cannot give you fire sauce we are out” in an extremely rude manner. then he told me to park out front and they bring it out to me. I got back to my hotel and opened the bag my whole order of food looked like it was intentionally smashed and thrown in the bag. I never got any sauce or napkins and items did not look like they were even made correctly and cold. That was probably the worse fast food experience I’ve ever had and they negative attitude towards me for no reason made this absolutely pathetic. Something has to be done with this staff.

I am writing this as someone who genuinely loves Taco Bell—it has always been my favorite fast food restaurant. Because of that, it’s incredibly frustrating that my local location treats DoorDash drivers with disrespect.
On October 7th, 2025, I accepted a DoorDash order from this location. It was a difficult day for me personally, as the date marked one year since I lost my dog, and I had been trying to finish a memorial post. I still showed up polite and composed.
When I arrived, the lobby doors were locked around 10:30 PM, even though they should have been open. I went to the drive-thru and let them know kindly that I was there for a pickup. They told me to pull to the window, then said the order wasn’t ready and asked me to pull forward. I was pleasant and said, “No problem, thank you.”
I waited over 15 minutes. Employees were inside sweeping and talking, but no one ever brought anything out. After waiting over 20 minutes total, I looped back through the drive-thru since I couldn’t go inside. I was told again the order “wasn’t ready” and asked to pull forward — even though it was clear the order had not been started at all.
A man who claimed to be a manager (but also said he was off the clock) tried to pressure me to move again, even though I was already extremely late and could not cancel the order myself — only the customer could. He then refused to make the order altogether.
I waited until the customer finally canceled so I wouldn’t be penalized by DoorDash. I earned nothing for that entire time.
I reported this to DoorDash and Taco Bell corporate. Nothing changed.
Since then, I have continued to decline orders from this store, especially after 6 PM, because I know I will be ignored or forced to wait excessively long — which hurts my time, my earnings, and my ability to do my job well.
I do not want to dislike this location.
I want to have a good working relationship so customers get their food and everyone can be treated with basic respect.
But this location genuinely acts as though DoorDash orders and drivers do not matter.
Our customers are their customers. These orders matter just as much as any in-person order.
I hope this review encourages management change, staff training, or accountability, because I want to be able to support Taco Bell — not avoid it.

Spent 10 mins waiting to be helped to order our food and after seeing the filth on the floors and every table we left. Will never eat or visit again
