    Consistently getting orders wrong and missing food. Always check your order before you leave because they don’t. Waste of money, do not recommend.

    Absolutely horrible service and I will never order again. Twice in the past two weeks I ordered delivery. The first order was a 4 person order totaling $80. We received one bag with just 20 wings, the remainder of the order including all 4 drinks was missing. We had to go pick up a new order. So $20 between delivery and tip just to pick it up not to mention that the wings we did get were of course then cold. How can you send 20 wings and think that you’ve bagged an $80 order? Today we ordered one meal and it was delivered somewhere random. After being pinged back and forth from wingstop to DoorDash and back, the only thing the store can do is provide a refund in 7 - 10 days after upper management reviews and approves it. We are looking to eat today which is why we ordered the food. I understand mistakes happen but this is just ridiculous. Not only are you making too many mistakes you are not solving the mistakes in a customer friendly way. My daughter only had a gift card so now she’s SOL until you decide if you want to refund her gift card. All your employees say is sorry that’s all we can do. That’s a reflection of poor leadership if your employees have zero empowerment to fix an issue. I will definitely be ordering BWW going forward. Just in case I didn’t say this already - absolutely terrible experience. Twice. Less than two weeks.

    Usually very much enjoy wingstop, however, I had the worst food poisoning after eating at this location on 12/15/25. It’s the only thing I ate all day. Would avoid.

    My order was messed up and it was through door dash! Butttttttt when I called and talked to the team lead he definitely corrected th problem! Then the manager called me back and assured me! Apologized and corrected the problem! Great customer service and professionalism. Thank you both
