  I placed my order in the morning they made my burritos incorrectly by making them crunch wraps instead of the burritos I ordered, when I came in to get this corrected I did not ask for a refund or anything I simply wanted the burritos I ordered instead I got verbally assaulted by the woman making the food who continued to scream at me even after her manager told her just correct the order as her other co-worker tried to shame me for not just eating what they gave me. When I told them I was too pregnant for this I was told not to yell while they continue to yell at me. I do not recommend going here if this is how the staff treats people. There are more than enough Taco bells to go to we can let this place close

  I used to like this place but recently this place went to shit, This is a half ass taco! I'll never go back , IF YOU'RE READING THIS GO TO TACO PRO'S ON MILLER PARK WAY, OR EL JALAPENO on national, los Mariachis on Layton, little Cancun on 27th Street they're a million times better than this place. This place doesn't need anymore customers they need to be put out of business.

  I’ll be honest- I usually don’t pick this location because in past experiences, food quality has been spotty. Not today! Both women who interacted with me were cheerful, and while the food took a little longer than expected (not their fault, looked like low staffing), it was REALLY delicious. Like best Taco Bell I have had maybe! Just want to shout out these ladies for doing a good job!

  Monica the manager is a terrible manager with no regard for food safety, and getting customer orders correct. She should be ashamed of her work ethic. I will be calling and complaining. I ordered 2 tacos and they only put down 1 taco and she refused to make it right. Terrible customer service.

  I went to the drive-thru on my way home from work. I have a coupon from the Taco Bell for a free taco not anywhere on that coupon does it say with a purchase but she the manager insist that it's with a purchase and I say it's not stated on the coupon at all she says well that's what it is I'm the manager we give them out all the time granted I just noticed that the coupon is expired anyway so either way I wouldn't be able to use it but she was very rude and I didn't appreciate her little attitude.1:25 am Manger needs to be trained on customer service .
