They steal from you this is the second time i ordered food and said no to the donation upcharge and they still did it. It doesn't matter if it's 20¢ or 40¢ if say no then he shouldn't just be sneakily added on.

horrendous service and quality of food. I used to prefer to come to this location because of how close it is but I will go out of my way and drive an additional 15 minutes to a different location every single time at this point. not only do they not answer you at the speaker, but the wait times once you're able to place your order or check in are also horrible. you will generally be waiting 20 minutes to 30 minutes every single time no matter how long the line is. And by the time you get your food it's going to be incorrect. I thought maybe it was just new staff, or a rough day, and I was giving them the benefit of the doubt. but after at EVERY single order being incorrect every time for weeks when the food item only has two ingredients in it, this is clearly a problem with the staff. And when you mentioned that your food item is incorrect, they will argue with you and bring the rest of the crew over and start yelling at you, Even if you have a receipt and the image of the food is on the menu and you try to show them that that food item has the ingredients they will still yell at you and tell you you're wrong. only go here if you are absolutely desperate, you don't mind waiting for a long time for incorrect food, and whatever you order cannot be customized because they will ring it in incorrectly or refuse to make it the way that you place it on the mobile app. it's so disappointing and so discouraging because you guys really had a good crew a year or two back and now nobody here cares and are incredibly rude to not only each other but the customers as well. corporate doesn't do any refunds or returns for this store anymore since it has happened to so many times, And when I have gone back or called to get my item replaced I was argued with each time.
