- CCCherish Contreras3 days ago3.0i enjoy having a nice bowl at the end of a day, this location is the closest, most convenient for me. i walk in and i know this women, because numerous times she’s inappropriately commented on my voice. i dealt and still deal with a traumatic brain injury, and i had a tracheotomy, a device that helped me breathe so i could still be here, and this old gray haired kind but pear shaped, EXCESSIVELY commented about “oh, you sound sick” “how was coming back from your sickness?” girl, i’m just trying to get my food and go, most people are. i am not the type to chitchat with an elderly food worker about my personal life, she just doesn’t get the memo. so, i love the food, but every time i walk in, she notices me, and starts talking about my voice even tho i have tried to shut it down NUMEROUS TIMES. fyi, you’re gonna lose business with her constantly commenting on people.

Then proceeded to take other customers and saw an older lady get confused with her order and she basically yelled at her. They ere interrupting our meal being loud and obnoxious stomping their feet on the floor, running in and out of the location. I wish this place was staffed better.

She doesn’t greet you, no smile, no have a nice day nothing……My personal opinion, she gets irritated when I don’t tip. Why would I tip when your attitude is so sour “EVERY SINGLE TIME I GO THERE”. Not to mention I ordered a three cheese nachos and she gave me the smallest bag with the smallest amount of chips, as if it was done purposely, as if that wasn’t punishment for not tipping. How could I eat my meal with such small amount. I will not continue to support this place if I have to deal with her and her nasty attitude. Fix it, please.
- LPLiz PenaFeb 12, 20261.0I went in started my order at 5 pm today it was good until I got to the register the lady that had red in hair was irritated because I said I had two different order and it’s not together her face told it all she look irritated and mad and like she didn’t care what I was saying but the other staff had a smile and was nice, also I was asking questions she keep ignoring me I ask for a receipt for both of my order and didn’t get it because she stop interacting with me, she had poor customer service like I said before she look irritated and like she didn’t want to be there and I just wanted someone too know. this my first time coming to this location and to spend 90$ to get treated like I was bothering her is not right but everything thing else was great.
