  Refusing to take an order with 45 mins left on there shift is crazy not the first time this has happened where they won't even answer the phone past 10pm get new management the current ones are ruining your business/ revenue

  If I could give this no stars I would. I placed an order around 6pm while the store was open. Dasher was AT the store and they kept telling them it’ll be another 45 min. Well door dash cancelled the order bc it was taking so long. I tried calling the store and the employees DELIBERATELY wouldn’t pick up their phone. I even had the call center try to call them and they didn’t answer. I constantly have issues with this location but their app does not let me select a different location. My food constantly arrives cold. They took the money and I waited 3 hours and never received my food. This location is absolutely ridiculous and the employees are very rude, have constant excuses, and almost can never seem to know what is going on in their store or where a manager is.

  I have been charged for my pizza that is a 50$ order and have never gotten my order. This was Christmas eve. I'm still on hold to talk to anybody in charge. Christmas eve my father and several others had the door slammed in their face when they showed up to find out after 3+hrs to find their deliveries. Good luck trying to get anybody to answer any call if u need. -Zero stars

  Would give 0 stars. Ordered online at 6pm .. upon arrival 45 mins later - I waited in store for over 20 mins to not even recieve ALL of my order. Had to go back inside .. and wait EVEN LONGER.. crazy. I would rather have taken a refund on the missing food ATP!

  Brianna (Manager, cashier) very rude, short-mean conversation, very crabby. She is in the wrong business and shouldn’t be at the cashier station or a manager! I just wanted a gift card and a box. They I go to this pizza every year for the 4 years to get. I get $300 worth of gift cards and small pizza box that they don’t charge me for. She said, “ we don’t sell gift cards or empty boxes.”They don’t sell gift cards? When did this start happening. I called another Pizza Hut and asked if they sold gift cards? She said “yes we do.” I asked do all Pizza Hut sell gift cards. She said “yes they do.” I told Brianna I was willing to buy a box. I said I’ll order a pizza and you can keep the pizza. Then she said I had to wait to ordered a pizza. 10 minutes later she finally let me order. I got my box. It’s a gift for 7 year old child that loves Pizza Hut. I’ll do my best to get this kid to switch from Pizza Hut. Very disappointing process. It’s Xmas eve and no customer needs this attitude. This year it’s an issue? I only wanted the box to Pizza Hut gift card in it.like I do every year. I think I’ll get a competitors instead, and get gift cards and competitors box. I’ll get this kid to switch over. Brianna and Pizza Hut you just lost a customer for life. Merry Xmas Eve.
