I have been ordering from the Papa Johns in West Allis for several years. In the last few years, the service and quality of pizza has declined. Today, I decided to try the new pan style pizza, just cheese, and was highly disappointed. The pizza tastes TERRIBLE. Also, I asked for well-done, but not burnt. The pizza is burnt and there's barely any cheese on the pizza. Also, the delivery person left the pizza at my door without ringing the doorbell or at least knocking on the door. If I didn't have cameras, I would not have known the pizza was delivered. I wasted $25: the cost of the pizza, delivery fee, tax and the $7 tip. I would like my money back.

Rating: 0/5 Stars (If I could give negative stars, I’d need a telescope to find them.)
Apparently, at this establishment, the "Better Ingredients, Better Pizza" slogan doesn't apply to basic reading comprehension or customer service.
I ordered a blondie. The box was labeled "Blondie." Imagine my sheer, unadulterated joy when I opened it to find a brownie. For those of you who skipped third-grade science, these are not the same thing. I hate chocolate. It’s bitter, it’s overrated, and I didn't pay for it.
When I called to point out this glaring failure, the manager—a man who clearly peaked in middle school—informed me that they "usually just swap them out" if they’re out of stock. Brilliant. I suppose if they run out of pepperoni, they just throw some discarded Band-Aids on the pizza and hope for the best?
The "Service" Highlights:
The Swap: They replaced my item with the one thing I specifically avoided, without so much as a "hey, we’re incompetent" phone call.
The Attitude: I was polite. I didn't swear (a literal miracle). I didn't yell. I tried the "honey" approach, and you know what it got me? Hung up on. * The Logic: If you're out of something, you don't just shove a random substitute into a mislabeled box and play Dessert Roulette with the customer's palate.
A Modest Proposal for the Manager:
Since you're so fond of "disregarding" what people actually asked for, let’s apply that to your life. Next payday, I hope your boss fills out your check for the full amount, but then "disregards the math" and pays you based on your actual value as an employee. You’ll be lucky if you can afford a pack of gum, let alone a blondie you didn't ask for.
Bottom line: If you want what you actually ordered, go literally anywhere else. If you enjoy being gaslit by a man in a polyester polo, this is your spot.

Just trying to get pizza for a family member in hospice, who absolutely loves Papa Johns.
What an experience. I wasn't going to leave a review but now I find out they forgot the garlic butter and I just can't.
We called in the order and the person who took the order had a strong accent and couldn't understand my wifes name, Candace, she said just put it under Kyle. We even confirmed it comes with garlic butter.
I go to pick up, they don't have an order under my name and just stare at me. Then i hear someone say order for Candace is up. I asked if that order matched what we ordered. The manager was rude and said whatever is in it is whats in it. No help, so I'm like let me go back to my wife and have her call back the number we just called to track down where the order is, cuz clearly they outsource their order taking.
I select option for the manager and it went to the store. He answers (same "it is what it is guy") I start to explain the situation and he quickly and rudely cuts me off saying this order is under Heather. I go back in and say the order is under Heather. The manager has his back to me and starts saying loudly this is ridiculous. I responded by saying your right this is ridiculous. I couldn't tell if he was mad at me or upset with the order system, but he was just rude all around, appeared to be agitated with me and not helpful in this situation. From the beginning he could of let me know they can look it up by the phone number to avoid all this.
Like I understand his frustration working in a situation like that, been there done that but he made it more difficult than it needed to be for everyone.
A man is in his last days and he was excited for Papa Johns with garlic butter, but he was just let down like I am with their service.
To be clear I don't expect a response or something for free. You could offer me 10 free pizzas and I would say no because I don't ever want to go back there for any reason. I just want to ###WARN OTHERS###

We'll never go to this location again. I only have an half an hour of lunch. Walked into the location and the guy over-the-counter was very rude and told me to order online. He does not have time for me to go to the counter. Might as well close the place down worst customer service ever
