The manager had to be called over and he claimed that he fixed the problems and then we had to call him again and then he claimed it was fixed again. I just want to head and I grab my food and left. I couldn't believe it when I went into the bag to give my friend the soup that I got them and it was broccoli cheese not chili. I presume the other one was chili because it looked reddish through the plastic top. I have an issue with my stomach and all I want to do is eat that chili and I opened the top and it happens to be a Dipper of tomato soup. Which was barely any food. There are some other mistakes. I did contact the manager and he did try to fix the problem by giving me a gift certificate and that's all fine and dandy. But I'm not expecting to be getting things that I didn't order and less than to then later have the restaurant have to pay for their mess ups. I really do like Panera. But these things should not be happening.
