  I ordered two chicken sandwiches and an order fries The one she can sandwich looks like was probably cooked earlier in the day was a spicy chicken The other one was a normal chicken it might have been cooked 2 hours ago The fries were cold tasted like junk I get home is 9:00 at night I don't feel like going back there to have them remake my order because I called them and told them how horrible it was so I ate the junk that I got McDonald's is pathetic it used to be halfway decent food if you needed something to eat I wouldn't eat their food if there's a last thing I could do anymore pure junk

  So many 1 stars, now i see why. 30 mins to get two 6 piece chicken nugget happy meals with ranch, 2 McChicken, Mcflurry, large fries... Heres the problem 1st Kids meal, no fruit, no chocolate milk 2nd Kids meal, no 6 piece chicken nuggets, no toy.. large fries looked medium, and yes, tables were dirty, oily... With this many 1 stars, why is this McDonalds still in business?

  Terrible experience. I’m in the hospital & place a mobile order for my wife to pickup and bring to me. They tell her they won’t give her the food, even with the receipt and order number, because she’s not using the same device I ordered it from. Tried the curbside pickup spot, then the app tells her to go through drive thru and they will help. They refuse. She goes inside, has to get me on the phone to explain how I paid nearly $50 for my food and they need to give it to my wife. Employees kept I insisting that I need to change the order in the app from curbside to counter, even though the app won’t allow this and tells me I can go inside for help. My wife is already a wreck with me in the hospital waiting for a transplant, now picking me up food turned into a 45min ordeal resulting in cold food and her in tears. Well done
