  I ordered a dozen donuts online from the website. Very poor selection of donuts. All the specialty donuts advertised were out of stock. Also wanted coffee, but every single coffee was also out of stock. When I went to pick up my order the doors were locked. The drive through was open but after waiting 30 minutes I left. I had my daughter go back about an hour and a half later and the lobby was open this time but no one was at the register. When someone finally came to help her, my order wasn’t ready. I had a similar experience about a year ago where only the drive through was open and very limited stock of donuts. Are you having staffing issues?

  This Krispy Kreme location is going down hill extremely fast, I’m not sure what happened. I used to love coming here and loved the donuts, not so much any more. Recently I ordered 2 dozen donuts one assortment and one just glazed for pickup, the inside of this establishment was gross. I went to use the bathrooms and decided not to even bother, the whole building could use a good cleaning and honestly some updating as well. My donuts tasted stale and like they had been sitting out forever which is insane for the price that they cost. The workers at this location also seem to never really be in a good mood as well.

  I pre-ordered the Valentines day donuts. I get there it wasn't pre-selected plus they did not have 3 of the donuts I pre-ordered. The cashier had a stank attitude and I will never visit this place again‼️ I feel Krisy Kreme false advertise the donuts they have to get customers or pre-orders 😡

  I placed an order via Instacart, a bit pricey but I knew it would be. I did NOT know that 2 of 3 donuts would be wrong (one was the wrong donut, and one filled donut had NO filling, just an air bubble where the filling should have been). That makes it even more expensive, and absolutely NOT ok. Throughout the rest of the day, no one bothered to answer the phone. I guess I don't blame them--they probably get inundated with well-deserved complaint calls. It was my first Krispy Kreme order, but never again!!

  Bought a half dozen donuts on a Sunday at noon. Half of them were at least a day old. They were stale and hard. Kind of shocking when they weren't on sale. $15 after tax for a half dozen half stale donuts. I suggest whoever owns the store correct the poor quality and service sooner than later. Seems like just a bunch of young kids are just there having fun at the stores expense. I also had to Google from the parking lot to see if they were even open, no lights, no signs on the door saying open, looked completely dark... I won't be back. Oh and to the lazy generic reply Krispy Kreme posts on all bad reviews, enter my information on your website yourself. From reading these Google reviews it sounds like you should have enough feedback to effect change.
