The staff here is rude, abrupt, and are visibly lethargic about their work. This place used to be amazing when I was a kid. Now, when I see an advertisement showing off the limited time options I don't even get excited anymore. I just know this place won't have them in stock, and won't care to make more. I just tried to place an order on the website, and it says they're out of literally every kind of doughnut. I know this message won't prompt any real change, and all it'll do is get some corporate bs "Thank you for your input" response. But I've seen other comments saying you'll keep losing business, and I think they're all right. I'm not gonna support a business that can't even do the minimal amount of work, and with staff that clearly hates the work they do.

We were quoted one price at the intercom, but when we got to the window, the total was higher because the cashier “forgot” to include the drink. After paying, my mom asked for her credit card back — and that’s when everything went downhill. We spent about 15 minutes searching for it before a manager came to the window insisting the cashier had already returned it. Eventually, we found out the cashier had placed the card on top of the donut box with the receipt, and it slid under the car. To make matters worse, the manager slammed the window shut instead of offering any real help or apology. This level of carelessness and disrespect is completely unacceptable. The entire experience was unprofessional, stressful, and disappointing. It’s safe to say we won’t be returning to this location again.

And for the price of the more expensive donuts they had out of stock that we ordered.
