- LWLeah W5 days ago1.0I was really hoping this new Checkers location would be better, but it’s actually worse. The customer service was terrible. They kept rushing my order, saying “Is that it?” after every item even after I clearly said, “Hold on, I need a minute.” There was no one else in line, so there was absolutely no reason to rush us. Of course the order ended up wrong. When I went to the window and said I knew it would be wrong because they were rushing me, they claimed they rush when it’s busy. It was not busy. No apology, just “What are you missing?” and the window closed. Checkers seriously needs proper customer service training. Being quick should never mean being rude.

I realized I wanted to order more food so I was in the waiting area placing an order on the mobile app, and I overhear the employees rudely “ I gave her her food. I don’t know why she’s just standing there.” Miss if you’re so concerned, you can ask if I need anything else, but I was placing a mobile order, but after hearing your rudeness, I will go elsewhere.
