I placed an online pickup order and went inside to grab it after just getting out of the hospital, where I had been for days with my sick toddler. All I wanted was a decent meal that wasn’t hospital food so we could go home. I spent about $50 on food, so there were several items in the bag. I noticed one item was incorrect and politely asked if it could just be remade. Instead of fixing the single item, the employee grabbed my entire bag of food and threw it away, then told me she was going to process a refund—even though I never asked for one. This was extremely rude and unnecessary. I did not want a refund because that would mean waiting days for the money to return to my card and then having to pay all over again if I reordered. Meanwhile, my baby was crying because she was tired and hungry, and this situation made everything so much worse. The lack of professionalism and basic common sense was shocking. Throwing away all of a customer’s food without consent is unacceptable. That employee should not be working in customer service. Very disappointed.

The wings? Usually ok. Usually no complaints. The fries? Always cold and soggy (even when extra cook time is requested). I maybe am able to eat 1/4th of them. Sometimes I just get veggies because I know the fries will be so terrible. The drink? I get it maybe once every two years. Usually it’s just … nowhere to be found with my delivery. I also ask to have my delivery left at my side door, and usually it’s left at my front door or last time it was left at my neighbor’s front door… The wings aren’t that good for all of the other annoyances.
