While the food is "okay," the attitude of the staff—specifically the woman working the assembly line—is completely off-putting. The Service: From the moment you walk in, there is zero hospitality. No greeting, no smile (not even a polite fake one), just a "dead-eyed" stare as she jumps straight into "What do you want?" It makes the entire process feel like an inconvenience to her rather than a customer transaction. The Portion Control: The consistency of the food prep is frustrating. If you ask for two scoops of a protein, the first one looks normal, but the second is noticeably smaller. By the time I get to the end of the line, the bowl isn't even full. It feels like they are intentionally skimping on portions. The "Coupon Interrogation": The most uncomfortable part happened recently regarding the coupons I use. My neighbor kindly gives me free entrée coupons every week. When I went to pay, the same staff member actually asked me, "How many more of those coupons do you have?" Quite frankly, it’s none of her business. If the coupons are valid (and the assistant manager confirmed they are perfectly fine to use), I shouldn't be interrogated about how many I have. It is an incredibly awkward way to treat a repeat customer. Final Verdict: If you want to feel welcomed or get a full bowl for your money, go elsewhere. The food isn't good enough to justify being treated like a nuisance every time you walk through the door.
