- SPSiena PetersenJun 24, 20251.0Today I tried to come here to get a strawberry matcha with my mom. We showed up and waited but no one came out. We then shopped for about 30 minutes and came back and still no one was there to serve us. We tried to talk loud so the people we could obviously hear in the back would come out but they didnt. I checked the times and I cam at 5 when it was open til 8. Very disappointed in the service here.

Paid and waited, as the first drink finished Nikol didn't believe we paid for it... even after seeing my receipt. Then Nikol blatantly states she "didn't want to make drinks for us anyway" after I requested a refund instead.

What I got was an excellent expresso and a very friendly Staff. I'd hang out here if only it wasn't so close to the entrance.
