  I eat at this location regularly because I own a small IT company a few blocks away. The staff are professional, friendly, and fun. They keep the place clean and the food quality is great. I’m blessed to have this quick lunch option near by when I’m always on the run. Thanks everyone! Keep up the good work!

  I'm used to ordering from the Brady Street location that's open until midnight, so l placed an order here at 8:53pm without thinking anything of it. Jimmy John's had it delivered in under 20 minutes. I felt so bad when I realized a few days later that they close at 9pm. They probably had their kitchen clean and were ready to clock out, and yet they still delivered the order after hours rather than canceling it. Huge thanks to the crew for going above and beyond. I really appreciated it!

  I love 1.3 miles away from this jimmy johns and I’ve tried ordering from it on 3 separate occasions. Not once has it gotten here within 1.5 hours. Jimmy John’s should not take hours to arrive and for some reason it does every time .

  Ordered online 30 mins before showing up ended up waiting an hour total. Watched people come in, order and finish their food before I even got mine when I ordered way ahead of them. Absolutely ridiculous service. I work in the service industry and this was unacceptable. Won’t be coming back to this location.

  Don't order from this location. I ordered for pickup and received the skimpiest subs ever. There was almost no turkey on my Turkey Tom, and they just left off half of the condiments I ordered. Very disappointing, and not a good look for Jimmy John's.
