  Don't order from this location. I ordered for pickup and received the skimpiest subs ever. There was almost no turkey on my Turkey Tom, and they just left off half of the condiments I ordered. Very disappointing, and not a good look for Jimmy John's.

  Why did my lunch take 2 hours today? Every time I order, its over an hour to get my food, and the store is a mile away. The sprite was awful, like there was no syrup. Come on - please do better.

  If I could give a zero, I would. When we arrived at this location, we tried to walk in during business hours only to be shewed away by the worker, saying that they were only accepting pickup orders. She was incredibly rude. We went back to the car and placed a mobile order, waited 25 minutes, but it never said it was completed. Finally, we went back to the door to find it locked. The worker let us in but gave us ridiculous attitude when we said we had a pickup order. Any time we asked for something she rolled her eyes aggressively. It felt as though us paying for our food and expecting to receive it was such an inconvenience to the two workers. We finally got our food, and it was fine, however they did not follow the instructions to cut the sandwich. Also not freaky fast at all! (And no free smells since they didn’t let us wait inside).

  Absolutely crap. Food was just delivered over an hour after ordering. Sandwich is soggy and gross. I hate this place. I can't believe I even thought it was a good idea to try ordering again.

  Staff has improved recently and been awesome. Food always solid.
