  I haven't been since they made rhe updates. I like the arena addition it looks fun. The food was ok, wasnt hot when we got it, they didnt have any tables ready to sit people, we received no eating utensils or napkins to wipe our hands, it took lime 30 min to get two drinks, and when we ordered another one it sat for 15 minutes before I went to them myself and asked for it which I ended up not getting because the consistency of the frozen drink was horrible. Then waiting for our check to pay allow a little privacy step back and allow us to decide if we want to tip you dont hover and force us to tip,because the service was bad. Maybe invest in some type of mobile mechanisms to allow the patron privacy to pay considering card information is highly confidential and so is what I tip if I decide to tip you. Please train your servers to check on their tables more often and not just when they are at the table next to another one.

  I will never go to this location again. Half the games took the “tokens” off the card but never played. I came in with 4 other people. Me and one other person from my group went to go order food. Please tell me why: -I ordered a side salad with ranch and received a Caesar salad -My friend and I ordered pasta dishes, and it took what felt like forever for the dishes to come out (I’m a diabetic and my blood sugar was slightly dropping and I also just got off a 10 hour shift) -a side of ranch came out with my pasta -it was very hard to hear the server because the music was so loud I hear the one close to Chicago is bigger and better. I’d rather check out that location than to ever return to this one. Y’all suck, to sum it up. I’d say do better, but y’all are in Milwaukee and Milwaukee is trash 🤷‍♀️

  We did not eat here. I cannot comment on the food or drinks. There is a huge selection of games. The best deal is on Sunday because you can play games at a discounted price. My wife, my son, and I had a blast trying to earn tickets so that we could get my daughter a prize from the redemption area. More choices in redemption would be nice.

  Tldr: drink and food service was unbelievably slow and they were short staffed. Also they were out of lemonade but still charged us for a red bull lemonade we never ordered. If we go again, I would go play games after ordering, to make the wait less taxing. Our party of 7 had 20% gratuity added. Which isn't a big deal, but my friend who made the reservation was not informed beforehand, we checked the confirmation. I wasn't going to say anything here, but the feedback section was 500 characters and frankly that's long enough to reflect our experience. For all they advertise to make a reservation, my friend was not able to on his phone or by calling in. Only on his laptop. We arrived, got seated, ordered drinks, ordered food, all in a timely manner. The drink menu didn't have prices, so I waited until ordering food to order my mojito. it didn't matter because it took over an hour for my friend's wine and strawberry milkshake. By then I'd already canceled the mojito since I wouldn't have time to drink it. It came anyways and I have to say it was very good if a bit too sweet. We did ask several times about our drinks. Apparently they were very short-staffed with servers, and the bartender was just a substitute. The drinks came out after most of our food. Except for my friend who got his wings 15 minutes after everyone else when we were halfway done. The manager did come to apologize and took the shake and wine off our bill, not the red Bull lemonade. This definitely lightened our moods because we were silent and surly before then. But after I started talking and having a good time once more. I get it. I've been in service and trust everyone was trying their best. But they need to pay their servers better or get better staffing or something. However. Everyone agrees the food was really good. Probably that and the points/price of games were the best parts. Food if you don't do the combo is kind of pricey. The noise level in the dining area was loud enough that the server couldn't hear me from across the table and I had to have my friend translate my order. Then once we got on the floor there were tons of kids running around and screaming. And there were some games like the hungry hungry hippos kept going down, but there was someone there to fix them. And I think that's just a given with any arcade. Our $20 eat and play game cards lasted for as many games as we wanted to play. Although I was hoping they'd have dance, dance revolution or similar. I was looking forward to that. But the prizes were pretty cool. Most I can afford. But I did get a cool pez dispenser. For the record, a red bull soda is $7, a strawberry shake is $8, and a shirley temple is $4.

  Made reservations for 2:00 on Sunday. Showed up at 2:00 and it was chaos at the front door nobody was there to help with the chaos. We finally made it to the Hostess station. She did seat us right away. It was busy but there were still several tables open. It took 15 minutes for waitress to even come on over to take our drink order and then it took another 15 minutes for her to come back to take our food order. So we finally put in our food order at 2:30. 3:15 one of our 3 meals showed up and the other to meals did not come out till 3:35. Waiting an hour and a half for a couple of burgers and wings is not worth it. They did not even pick up the empty dishes or refill drinks.
