I found a strand of hair in my bowl and approached the staff privately and respectfully to let them know. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the person I spoke to (who appeared to be the manager) said, “We all wear hats to prevent this from happening. It probably came from you.” That response was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. I wasn’t looking for confrontation or a free meal — I simply wanted to make them aware of the issue. As a loyal customer who spends money here daily, I expected understanding and accountability, not blame. Even other employees seemed to agree that his reaction was out of line. I wanted to bring this to your attention because I value Chipotle and want to continue dining here, but that type of treatment toward customers is unacceptable. I would appreciate it if this situation is addressed properly.
