  I've been here 2 times and I love this place, both times we got a sandwich to split, and a bunch of bagels. Both times three sandwiches were great but both times we were a bagel short when we got home with the box. The video is a sandwich I made with one of the bagels. THIS PLACE IS SO GOOD just count twice or something.....

  Stood at the register for several minutes while the employee at the register counted cash and did not acknowledge us at all. Then she yelled for someone to come take orders, still without acknowledging us. When someone finally came up to the other register to take orders, he didn't speak to us at all, and looked at us like we were inconveniencing him. They were out of most bagel flavors. Service after we ordered was incredibly slow. The woman who actually handed us our food was at least polite. The sun-dried tomato spread tasted like ketchup. It's been a long time since I've been to Bruegger's and the quality has decreased significantly while price has increased. We won't be back.

  It was good tasting but the price and size of the twice baked hash brown was awful. That should have been size of the bagel for the price I paid for one. Ripoff

  Stopped into Bruegger's Bagels while I was in the area and decided to try something new. I ordered the Hot Pastrami, I am so glad I did. Great balance, and the everything bagel added the right bite. The team was efficient and friendly from start to finish. My order came out quickly and everything felt smooth, even with a steady flow of customers. I will be back next time I'm the area.
