  Took my family for dinner and games, took 25 minutes for them to tell me they were out of shrimp, They have a huge building and they cram all their customers in one small section. Menus pages are stuck together….. just the WORST experience SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! DO NOT GO HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!!!!!!!!!

  Honestly not worth the price or the wait.. we waited almost am hour from the point of sitting down to actually eating. The waitress brought us our drinks and took our order and didnt check on us once till our food came. Mine and my two kids food were cold and the other two people's food we were with was fresh. She gave us our food and didnt come back to check on us once. Then after almost 20ish minutes came back with the check. Didnt ask how the food was once. Didnt offer any refills. She wasnt even nice.. we spent 100$ on cold food and bad service. We were so frustrated we didnt even stay for games like we wanted to. 😒 never returning to a dave and busters again. I tried calling to speak with a manager and no one answered. It took like an hour and half.. they were not even that busy. People who came in after us received better and faster service.

  I typically always have a great time and experience when I come. But today I guess the kitchen staff might’ve been rushing due to them being close to closing time and our food wasn’t as fresh as it typically is and they messed up one of our orders. Britt, Qwan, Zee, and James the manager really made the best out of this situation. And I am sooo appreciative of how they made my husband and I feel and gave us amazing customer service. Thank you again for ensuring our date night was amazing.

  What an awful experience. Waited 20 minutes at the front before getting seated, had a reservation for a table for when we got there. Waited 10 more minutes before a server came to our table. Drinks came fast, food not so much. Ordered a nachos as a meal (was asked when I wanted brought out and it came early). Sat for 20 minutes after the nachos came out for the rest of the food. Asked to have the nachos remade (didn't want to eat while my family didn't). The nachos came out 10 minutes later, cold and stale like they gave me the old nachos I sent back. One of the worst dining experiences I have ever had.

  Made of reservation for a party of 6 for 715p. As we arrived, we were sat promptly by the hostess, which was nice, but after that...👎. The lady that sat us knew we had a party of 6, but for some reason only provided us with 5 chairs. When asked if we could get a 6th chair, the answer that was provided was " you'll have to find one". The only bright spot was our waitress "nicole" and her trainee. Nicole provided a great smile and was very pleasant. Food portions were not very cost effective. I had ordered boneless wings for 14.99. The wings were very tiny, and all I got was 2 very very small pieces of celery, and some ranch dip. I will more than likely never return to this place.
