  One of the employees on 3/24/25 at 7:30pm was quite rude to her younger colleagues, and was not giving normal size protein servings. Not sure if she was a manager or not. I understand she was probably training them and they need to be held to certain expectations, but the way she ordered one female employee to wash her hands and another male employee to multitask came off quite aggressively. In addition, she gave such small servings of protein, barely enough to fill the spoon—NOT a normal Chipotle sized serving. When asked for a little more chicken she simply replied asking if the customer wanted a double portion, when it was clear she hadn't even served a single portion.

  What a complete joke this place is. 4 out of the last 5 times I came they either ran out of chicken or cheese. It’s either a Friday or Saturday around 7pm and you run out of food? Who does the ordering? Or at 7pm they are taking everything off the counter to clean it. Yes, I like a clean store, but don’t do closing work at dinner time. You are still open for four more hours. Do it towards the end of the night. Will never go there again and will tell everyone I know

  The Forest Lake location is very consistent. Consistently dirty, out of a menu item and totally chaotic.
