  Good menu. The food is pretty tasty for pub food. Great selection of beers and ales. Servers are attentive. Bartenders will draw you a mug of one of the beers on-tap however don't expect the bartenders to mix a specialty drink, only what's listed on the menu. Most cocktails are pre-mixed by the batch, and the liquors are basic stock. If they do make a drink to order, they shake only, no stirring. Same goes for Buckatabon across the way.

  Haven’t been here in mannnnny years. We live in the neighborhood and it’s just usually not our first choice but after today’s visit I feel like that was completely unwise. Walked in on Easter Sunday at 11am with no reservation as a legit last resort. To our surprise food was great, service (Giana was so amazing!) and vibe upstairs was was all amazing! Everyone the hostess stand, the food runners were all so friendly and welcoming. Absolutely changed my mind on dining at Hollander. Will be back soon! Thank you for saving Easter.

  Dustin was a riot, can’t recommend him enough. Great food, great service, Cafe Hollander. The Tosti is incredible. Dustin provides phenomenal service; and I highly recommend asking him to perform his tricks - an up and coming entertainer.

  Three of us went in for dinner. Two of us had the meatloaf, the other had the baked than fried chicken. The meatloaf was like a rock. We had to use a steak knife to cut it. The potatoes were overly salty. The chicken was way overcooked, and desert dry. The vegetables were good. The flatbread and dessert were good, thus the 2 star rating.

  Well done C.H. Tosa! We had an amazing experience for our dinner. I am a vegetarian, and I had asked for a special accommodation of making the Grilled Cheese Beef Tosti without beef. They made it with their vegetarian burger beet vegetable patty. OMG, I cannot even begin to tell you how good that sandwich was! The flavors were so good together. I really appreciate that they made the accommodation on a busy Saturday night. Also, my meat eating partner, who hates beets, asked to try a small piece of the patty. She was surprised that it did not taste like beets and that she enjoyed it. She had the breakfast Sammie that is offered on the all day brunch menu. She could not stop saying how good her sandwich was throughout the whole meal. One other note, our waiter Connor was excellent! He was super on top of things and had a great attitude. Thanks Cafe Hollander!! You rock!
