  Ordered delivery, after waiting an hour I called twice and was met with no answer. Decided to just go pick up my order instead. Picked up my order and the whole bag was wet ?? The boxes of food are also just soggy and food is cold and also… wet. Not sure how that happens but if you want to order from here, maybe consider not !

  There is absolutely no way I still have not received a refund for my order! It's been over a month, no one at this location answers the phone at all ! Delivery driver was a minute away from me, then all of a sudden canceled. I've reached our many times even to the corporate number provided and they say that they are waiting for the store to get back to them to provide a refund!

  I visited your location at 6650 W State Street, Suite E, Wauwatosa, WI 53213 and placed an order at 2:10 p.m. The app indicated that my food would be ready at 2:30 p.m., but when I arrived, the order was not prepared. When I asked the cook about the delay, he responded rudely and told me it would be another 10 minutes.I only receive a 30‑minute lunch break, so this delay meant I was unable to eat. I requested to speak with a manager and was told that a manager was not available. When I asked how I could leave a review or provide feedback, the cook stated that he did not know how.Because of this experience, I left without receiving any food and without any meaningful assistance. I am very disappointed in the service I received and wanted to make you aware of this incident.

  We ordered wings for the first time and they almost inedible. They were tiny and super dry. Will not be ordering from here again.

  I waited 40 min for 20 wings + fries. Got halfway home, the manager called me, told me he gave me the wrong food, & asked me to go back. Got back, he didn't even apologize, didn't say thank you for returning, didn't offer a free drink, nothing. Wasted so much of my time & gas.
