  Parents with small children beware! My family and I were excited to enjoy and visit this McDonald's for the first time and experience the play place. Immediately upon entering the play area, it was freezing! Like 45°-50° max. Literally the other children were shivering and the other parents were wearing their coats with hands in pockets to stay warm. Within several minutes a young boy (7-10 yrs) sitting at the tables in the play place began talking in very loud profanity (F bombs, etc.). After a minute or so he left the play area. The other parents and I looked at each other not sure where their guardian was. Another parent went to the counter to inquire about the boy and a woman in a black manager shirt, very rudely stated the child was her son before aggressively walking past the parent to pick up her son's belongings scattered on the floor throughout the restaurant. The bathrooms were also disgusting (not even any soap in the women's bathrooms). I fully understand how hard it can be to obtain childcare and to provide for your family but to allow your child to behave so inappropriatly in front of children under 5 is unacceptable. Disgusting facility and not child appropriate.

  They did not get pumpkin spice flavor in this year. Was disappointed 😞
