I called the store, they said it's on way. Now an an hour. I called and asked for my pizza to remade after over an hour wait time. An hour and 45 minutes I got pizza, ice cold. The manager asked if I wanted it remade and resent? Another hour and a half? I order all the time at papa johns, you dropped the ball partnering with door dash. There is a reason people don't order from 3rd party apps. You will lose customers, as I will not ever order again.

Driver was late, 20 min, which may not seem like a long time to some people, but when you pay $6 for delivery on top of an overpriced piece of crust, it adds up. Plus it was not hot, more like lukewarm. Shame on you, Paoa John’s. Or maybe congrats for having THE worse pizza in town.
