When I called papa John's to explain the pizza I ordered isnt what I received, he rudely said "call uber not me" and hung up without giving a chance to respond. And I was very kind in my inquiry. I was more dissappinted with the service on the phone than the mistake with the pizza. When I called Uber the driver told me that the clerk had said to him it was a 50/50 shot that i was getting the right pizza because he thinks he might have "packaged an order from Marissa in the Karissa box".
