    Service is slow, and not always accurate. Watch your change back, they tend to take a donation when you've clearly said no. Also be sure to check your orders, problem with something as simple as coffee. At two different locations when we went inside we were ignored by staff while waiting to order. Another place we ordered and didn't get our food for over 20 minutes. This is not fast food!

    Complain that they’re short staffed but still have staff taking their sweet time getting stuff together and taking over 30 minutes to bring food out on a mobile order and FORGOT some so had to go back and waited over another 30 minutes. This location sucks.

    The only reason I give this a two is because the food was made properly. Service took about 5 minutes to get someone to the counter even though people were standing around only worker worming was Drive thru she was doing some work. Worst part of this trip had to be I go up and ask for water and I'm getting charged for it? Like what? Charged to get some water? I can go anywhere else and get water for free, FREE! Why is this McDonalds charging for water?

    You will always have to wait a minimum of 15 min. All I got was 2 large fries and it took them 20 min. Every time I go through the drive threw I get pulled ahead
