  Was extremely hungry working on a car, food came FAST, and was delicious! Much better than subway, cheaper too. This might be my go to place instead of subway from now on!! 🤤

  This is not an indictment of their food, nor of the hard-working people behind the counter. I have been a Jimmy John's customer for year, and the switch to doordash fpr delivery is disheartening. My last attempted delivery was never picked up by the third-party provider (DoorDash), and I never received my food. The employee that took my call immediately recognized the issue and was immensely apologetic for something that was not, nor should not be, their fault. The order was canceled and refunded promptly. It was immediately obviously that this was not the first time they had to have that conversation with a hungry customer. In a few short weeks, Jimmy John's has managed to completely erode consumer confidence in their promise of "freaky fast" delivery. I will be avoiding delivery from Jimmy John's for the forseeable future. Do and be better, and dump DoorDash.

  That boy Justin Cleveland has got a heart of a loving father of 3 and the soft hands of a single mother taking care of 3 kids on her own. Love that guy and give him a raise. That boy got some serious skills when it comes to making a cold cut sandwich
