    It was so dirty! The grill had burnt food all over it was gross. My meat was dry and gross. The floors were filthy. They are obviously getting to much business to keep up. The staff seems over whelmed. I have Chipotle in Colorado and it was great. They need to get it together. To bad won't be back.

    We have had Chipotle at numerous places. The one in ribs mountain was very disappointing. Food tasted the same but portions were smaller. One person doing the whole line. One cashier and about five standing around. Seen a hair in the sour cream before they put in on the bowls. They replaced before finishing them up.

    First time at Rib Mountain Chipotle this past Tuesday. While waiting in line, I watched the employee taking orders and assembling food use the cash register and handle customers’ credit cards without changing his gloves before going back to food prep. That’s a basic food safety issue. I asked to speak to a supervisor and let her know, and we chose not to eat there because of what I observed. The other two employees were changing their gloves properly, so this seems like an individual training or enforcement issue. Food safety is non-negotiable. I hope management addresses this.

    I've been a loyal customer of Chipotle for years. It's it's my favorite go-to fast food, when I need something somewhat healthy. I waited years for it to come to Wausau. And I've literally planned road trips across the country, around stopping at Chipotle restaurants... Today, it was the only reason why I left the house. I drove across town just for my burrito. They told me there was an issue with their bank, that they couldn't take cash. They offered to take my $20 with no change, then when I asked the manager to cop me because it's not my issue they aren't able to take cash, even explaining it was the only reason why I left the house and that I just drove across town in the snow, she wouldn't caught me the breed of after they already made it. Do better. I'm so turned off right now, I don't know that I'll be back.
