  EXCELLENT!! Food was amazing! Super fresh and great service. Got a carne asada burrito bowl and a chicken burrito. Careful with the chimichurri. It is HOT!

  First and last trip to Chipotle. $14.46 for basically a bowl of rice, 2 tablespoons of chicken, 3 tablespoons black beans.. $2.98 for a spoonful of avocado was totally laughable. Their concept, cost, flavor spectrum just doesn't bring people back. One and done. Small amount of meat. I mean this place is and absolute joke. The food was blah.. the price insane for what you're getting. I am stunned that there is a literally following. I would never come back.

  Love Chipotle but I don't even know where to start with this one. Gave it a few tries at this new location but honestly maybe the worst restaurant I've been to in 20 years. Place is an absolute mess. I watched management sit and do bookwork and interviews while drinking starbucks meanwhile all hell was breaking loose in the kitchen. Food on every empty table, garbage cans overflowing, out of so many ingredients my burrito was unbuildable on 2 visits. I got food poisoning so bad after my last visit. Truly hope they get their act together but it will be a very very long time before I brave this location again.

  I think we were all excited when we heard they were building a chipotle in Wausau. What we got, was not a chipotle. Someone from corporate should come take a look at this place. 0-2 with my orders so far. 1st order was missing the $8 queso to go with the chips. What did they do, just gave me a coupon for a free chips and queso (which they only let you use 1 coupon per order so that’s worthless). 2nd order, took them 35 min to complete, burritos were cold, and both burritos were missing the quac we paid extra for. What did they do this time? Offered me a free drink coupon lol. There won’t be a 3rd order. This place is super mismanaged.

  They need to figure out a better strategy for the chipotlane - I’ve had times where my order was supposed to be ready so much sooner and the person at the window has an order that isn’t ready so they just there for sooo long waiting and then once I’m up there mine is ready. If they get up there and others have orders in place before them they should be required to loop back around - would be way better. I once waited 40 minutes…. Eventually (since luckily this time I was at the end of the line which was sticking out into the parking lot at this point so no one else could block me in) I backed out and parked and when I went inside the in person line was completely free and the employees were just sitting on their phones… like why not help the chipotlane back up line or something?? Idk, very very very slow service. I love chipotle tho I’ve been dying for it to be here so I don’t wanna give up on it yet but yikes… a month in and still being this slow. Not good
