Visited 2pm on a Saturday. I would have walked out immediately if I was alone due to the messy place, but my group chose to stay. There were a number of ingredients that were empty so people had to wait up to 10 min for the meat and rice they wanted. Due to lack of food the line was long. The seating area is tiny so people in line are standing over you awkwardly while you sit and eat. The garbages were all spilling over and the tables, chairs, floor were not clean. Noone came out from behind the counter during our 40 min there. It didn't seem like there were enough staff. My carnitas burrito tasted good, but I was concerned about quality and safety since many other very basic things here were lacking. My friend's steak was tough. There was also a cashier working there who kept rubbing/wiping his nose/face with his bare hand while helping customers. The guacamole topping is nearly $3 extra. This restaurant could not keep food available and the dining area was very dirty. There are much better options for similar food, so I won't eat here again.

They were out of every protein when I there. The burrito was rolled horribly and fell apart immediately. Every single table was dirty and had food sitting on it. The garbage was overflowing and had garbage stacked on top of it. Hands down the worst fast food experience I've had. I drove a half hour for extreme disappointment. I never thought I'd say this, but you're better off going to Qdoba. Possibly even Taco Bell

The food is good, but as a regular Ive never been there where I have not been helped by a moody teenager. I was there at 2pm on the 21st, waited in Line for 10 minutes, only to be helped by another moody teenager that would make the effort to ask if there is a refill for steak or pork or rice and basically told me I have to choose from what is behind the glass of which only 1/3 of the options are available and would make the effort to ask the kitchen if there is more. I like the food, but this is the last time Im dealing with a moody teenager: you juts lost a regular client!

This is my second bad experience in 2 months. I visit my parents once a month and attempt to get chipotle each time for my parents. Last month the wait was ridiculously long and service was SLOW!
This time, during the lunch hour, they were out of rice so I waited the 10 minutes until it was ready only to find out after 10 minutes that the brown rice was another 7 minutes, there was no steak or fajita mix (onions/peppers) either. At that point, we left to go to another restaurant.
Don’t waste your time going to this chipotle-save yourself the time and energy!

Ordered online for pick up. Arrived at the time my order was supposed to be ready. At the window I was told they were just waiting for carne asada and it would be a few minutes, never saw a person again till the 20 minute mark when I had to wave someone down. The man that opened the window said there was no order for my name, when I told him I’d been waiting for 20 minutes he said he’s sorry but he didn’t know where my food was or where the girl who was working the window was, he didn’t think she was even in the building. I asked for a manager and he said he was the manager, I asked what the plan was then do I get my food or a refund, he didn’t even offer my food just immediately said I’ll get you a refund. He left the window then came back and said you’ll have to
Come inside for a refund because it’s a real hassle to do it through the window. Unbelievable! Have never had a good experience at this location, Will never go back.
