  I enjoy the food. But lately when I place a pick up order the service I get when I get there is ridiculous. There will be 3-4 people standing next to the uber pick up rack talking and while I’m standing there waiting for someone to come and assist me. What really made my blood boil is when more came and join the group and chit chat a little longer. Another incident which just happen today. I walked in, there were two boys at the register. One just finished with a customer I waited for them to finish what they were doing and they just took off. Said nothing. Just walked to the room that was literally right where I can still see them and hear them laughing and joking and talking about the sponge movie. One of the boys came back to the register and left when he was done. There was another kid that came and go to the register as well but did not say a damn thing. Now I’m just getting upset. I waited and waited. Finally a girl came and asked me if I’ve been helped. I said no and I wanted the two boys name that was on the register. She got my food for me that was already been done in another room. She went and told them that I wanted the names of those boys and someone poked out and just stared at me. I told the nice little lady that helped me that I want their names and she asked if I wanted to talk to the manager. I said yes. He came out and I told him about the two boys. And he huffed and puffed and said well they’re off the clock. Well then it’d be nice if they would have told me when I came in and flagged someone to assist me while they r just getting off. But for them to be on the register and walk off on the nxt customer is only going to have u think otherwise. So yes i was upset. I don’t even like how he just stood up for what they did to me without knowing everything. I will say this, food is great. But ur customer service suck and they need more training on it. Wausau, Wi area customer service has gone down with these kids. Manager’s attitude suck as well. Thank u Madison for asking if I was helped after being ignored. Oh and my order was wrong. But that’s ok because my kids said it was.

  I have had bad experiences at a few Buffalo Wild Wings restaurants but never at this location, but I was pretty disappointed today. There was this sticker in our salsa and the waitress began getting upset with us and seemed confused as to why we had told her about it, even though this is an actual hazard. Aside from that, there were 2 used cough drops at our table that should not have been overlooked when they had cleaned our table before we were seated.

  Lighting was quite dark for 11am. Was cloudy outside so it felt like I was eating in the dark. Music/tvs was way to loud. Couldn't hear the person across the table talking.

  Nice place. Can’t pull it up on facebook though however. I wanted to check in but not able to. Burger was very good. Boneless wings was very good as well but kinda on the cold side. Beer tender was very nice and friendly. Beer was good. I like beer.

  We have ordered carry out 3 times in the last 2 months. 2 out of 3 times they messed up our order. First time we ordered 2 different flavors of 10 boneless wings. We instead got 20 of the same flavor, which my wife cannot eat due to them being spicy. Fries were overcooked and cold. Second time one of our 10 boneless wings ended up being just 6 (even though the label on the box said 10). Also missing an order of potato wedges. This place needs to be under review. I filed a complaint with corporate and filled out a negative survey. There is something seriously wrong with the kitchen making the orders there. Can't tell if they are incompetent or can't read. Based on previous reviews recently, my guess is the manager also needs to be looked into as well. The service at the restaurant falls on him, and it's clear they are either lazy or don't care.
