  Went to Buffalo Wild Wings for lunch Sunday morning and was waited on by a blonde girl, she got our food out fast and we never ran out of drinks. 10/10 we will be coming back!

  Stopped in for lunch on Friday Feb 27. One order of boneless wings and one order of chicken stripe. Dipping sauce for wings was included in the price but dipping sauce for the chicken stripe was 60 cents. You will NEVER see my wife and I again.

  I was there a few days ago and had a female waitress she was very nice but I could here a man in the back yelling, I could tell she was upset and stressed out and when I had asked her why, she said her manager Jason was upset. I could hear him swearing from my booth, that is unexceptable behavior from a grown man, I hope she got an apology and am very disappointed in management for letting these things happen.

  Visited on February 5 around 11 PM and experienced terrible service. An order had been given away prematurely, and when I calmly asked staff what happened and how to resolve it, Manager Jason was rude, dismissive, raised his voice, blamed me, and walked away without helping. Zero professionalism or apology. After contacting corporate (Case #CCC C7839631), the store manager Joseph responded by falsely accusing me of profanity and disruptive behavior (which never happened—I was calm the entire time), claimed they have “eyewitness statements” and recordings (none shared), banned me from the location, and refused any further discussion. They deflected responsibility instead of addressing Jason’s rudeness or the initial issue. This pattern of hostile management, false accusations, and retaliation for a legitimate complaint is shocking. Corporate initially apologized and said they’d handle it with the store, but the local response made things worse. One star only because zero isn’t possible. Avoid this location if you value basic respect and accountability.

  We had a really bad experience, it took about 20 minutes to the sever to ask for a drink , the food came about 15 minutes after so not bad at all, it was hot and tasty. The server never checked on us even when we wanted more drinks, we saw him going back to the same table of young girls all the time, he passed us like 30 times walking pretty fast, it was hard to get his attention, 20 minutes after we were done and after we put our dishes on a pile to see if that would get his attention(it clearly didn’t) my husband had to talk louder of what he is use to, and called him to give us our bill soon, I wasn’t happy and neither was he, it seems this specific location keeps getting worse, if you see this and you love BWW just order delivery, it gets home faster and it’s better to tip a dasher who is putting more effort on giving you a good service than the servers at the restaurant, and I’m posting this as a server, we tipped 7$ because I know they don’t mad much but I wanted to tip 0.
