After confirming with the customer that they had not received their order, I went back inside to clarify. The staff mentioned that the order had already been stolen twice. When I asked if the order could be remade, one employee in the back (with reddish-brown hair) initially refused, saying they “could not do that.” This was frustrating because the customer had already paid, and situations like this negatively affect drivers’ ratings and earnings. After going back in and being more firm, the order was eventually remade, but the same employee had an attitude during the interaction. While I appreciate that the order was ultimately completed, the experience was unnecessarily difficult and unprofessional. I will not be returning to this location.
