Broken ice cream machine, broken soda machine, broken iced tea machine, out of mayonnaise, leaking roof, BOTH stalls in men's restroom do not lock because the catch side of the latch is hanging down by loose screws. And it is freezing in the restaurant because they can't afford to run the heat. Server didn't remove our plates once during visit, so we were forced to pile them up on table across the aisle. I heard one of the employees make excuses for the owner on two separate instances regarding the ice cream machine. Both times she said it's been down for "some time" and "those machines are expensive ", as if that's an acceptable excuse, especially when there's no discount offered on the buffet price when you first arrive and pay. I don't know if this is franchise-wide, but this particular one in waupun is in dire straits.
