  This was our first Wing Stop experience. We ordered online and picked up in store. The employees were attentive and greeted us as we walked in, the store was clean and service was as fast as expected. When we arrived home, we realized we were missing about half of our order and called the store. After giving the name the order was under, we were told the mistake was theirs, apologized and they would comp us. I didn't even have to make the complaint and they had fixed the issue. I'm a happy customer and will absolutely be back cause those were some of the BEST wings we've had and that level of customer service is not common these days.

  Each and every time we order through DoorDash, we ask for flats we don’t get flats at all. This is about the fourth time call the store and still the same exact thing I also asked for Parmesan and garlic wet for second time and I did not get what I asked for the worst customer service I have ever experienced

  I ordered 10 traditional wings, all flats. I received all drums. I called to remedy the mistake. The phone was answered by an associate who said he was going to get a manager. The phone was just placed on the counter (not on hold) and I waited 17 minutes listening to the associates talk in the background. I finally hung up and called back, a different associate answered. She had no time for me and it took several attempts to get her to get the manager. Once I finally got to talk to a manager, all he had were excuses to give. He never offered a solution for this easily remedied mistake. If I could give zero stars for customer service I would. I enjoy their wings but, they lost a long time customer today.

  Came for a quick dinner and had the best experience ever, cleanest location, everything was stocked, ice was constantly filled up. Best customer service:) Shout out to Bret was the kindest person and his customer service was top tier! Saw him attend every customer that came in even when he was busy. Love this location

  We got there not really during a rush for dine in... One friend ordered ahead of time to "pickup" my other one ordered and had issues with payment which started to create a line as the register person felt inexperienced... I don't know... I ordered and wanted dine in but got it to go... No big deal just excess garbage... Everything came up quickly and it was an alright experience... In the future I will probably just order for carry out or delivery
