- AMAthena Malone5 days ago2.0Stood at the counter for 8 minutes with no one ahead of me while they have 4 staff working. I think I would have waited longer if I hadn’t called out to an employee directly who kept walking past. Once I mentioned it they just laughed but at least I was able to check in for my online order. I don’t know maybe just close the lobby instead if you are going to ignore it and do drive through only.
- TMTona McgargillMar 26, 20261.0First the it’s took a good 20-30 mins in the drive thru and when we got to the window my slushie was already melted and the girl was prioritizing changing the garbages over giving us our food as there was only seemed to be 2 or 3 workers and then when I opened my food this is what they gave me for sour cream keep in mind everytime we go to this place it always takes forever and they aren’t doing their job correctly, this place either needs an entirely new team or shut down
