I've had a good experience at this location in the past, but my most recent visit was rather disappointing. I ordered a burrito through the app for pickup. Without a doubt in my mind, there was less than 2oz of meat in the whole burrito. I've had similar experiences (at other locations) when ordering on the app as well.

However, we just came and had the terrible service. The first person didn't say anything to me; he just stared at me when he was done with the mobile order he was working on. When he asked for rice and beans, it was so loud and abrupt that I thought he was calling to the back for fresh ingredients. When he passed me on to the best person, that both started arguing about how wet the burrito was while I was trying to order. Combine this with his little chips they give you nowadays and the apparently more expensive fountain drinks, and it's not the best experience we've had.
